While the tablet experience of Windows 10 is great, the app gap has always been an issue. Every Windows fan boy secretly wanted their hardware to run the Android apps, although it was possible for a few weeks it was later taken down.

Chuwi just launched a new tablet called Hi8 Air, which supports both Android along with Windows 10. The company made it easy to switch between the OS, with just 2 clicks. Alot of companies have talked about such dual-boot tablets, but there hardly any were released for the market. Chuwi, the well known Chinese brand has worked on such dual-boot tablets in the past, and now they launch another for the masses.

The device comes in a metal body, that has support of Micro-USB and a HDMI port. The box includes a charger, OTG Cable and a Bluetooth keyboard.

The device targets the college level students, and expected to arrive at an affordable price. The device comes with an old and unsupported version of Android, but if developers work maybe they can port a newer version of Android for the device. It comes with Windows 10, so that is one relief.

If you are not worried about the outdated Android that would not receive any more updates, this device might be a good deal for those who want to do all their job in just one device and not have the hassle of switching the devices.
