Microsoft today in a press briefing in the country’s capital New Delhi, officially announced the launch of Xbox One X in India. The Redmond Giant has been referring to Xbox One X as the most powerful gaming console. The Xbox One X was launched in November 2017 internationally.
The company detailed some of the specifications of the Xbox One X which comes with an AMD CPU, 8GB of flash memory along with graphic memory of 12GB. The console also comes packed with 1TB internal storage and 4K Optical Disc Drive.
The company confirmed that starting today the Xbox One X will be available online on the Microsoft Store, Amazon and Flipkart along with Offline stores like Croma and other gaming stores.
The device has been priced at INR 44,990 which is termed as almost double the cost of the device available in United States. The device is the smallest Xbox One console to date, but the price of the device might not help it in finding enthusiastic gamers being able to buy one for themselves.
Having launched the device internationally in the month of November 2017, Microsoft has been very quick and fast in announcing the device in India, if the past has anything to go by with the Xbox taking lot of time to launch in India after a global roll out.
