There were talks that Microsoft is planning to bring back Xbox original controller, “The Duke” very soon. Today we have confirmed reports coming in that Microsoft has indeed given the approval to bring back its original Xbox controller in a couple of months time.

In an official tweet from Head of accessory maker Hyperkin, Seamus Blackley confirmed that The Duke will infact be made available at the end of March 2018. Blackley also confirmed that the original Xbox controller will be available for a price of $69.99.

Talking about The Duke, Blackley says that it will be updated to work with your latest Xbox One Console. However The Duke will not be having any memory card slots but the company made sure to add small shoulder bumpers making it easy to play Xbox One games.

The Duke will be available with minor modifications and will also feature a USB cable to connect it to an Xbox One or PC. The Duke will feature a OLED screen on the center and will be a wireless controller which has been updated to work on Xbox One console and Windows 10 PC.

The Duke is expected to be going on sale by the end of March 2018 and will be made available for a price of $69.99 in the Microsoft Store.
