The ultimate media player, VLC is now receiving a new update on Windows 10 devices (Mobile, PC and Xbox One). The latest update does not add any new features but comes with some bug fixes and improvements to the application. The new update is available for all Windows Phones, PCs and as well as Xbox One.

VLC for Windows 10 has been updated to version 2.5.5.0. The latest update comes with new language support and more. The UWP application now supports German, Polish and Slovak translation. There are also some changes made to the icons which have received some UI improvements.

Apart from the minor additions the developers have made sure to fix some of the issues occurring for a long time. There is a fix provided for the crash remote desktop along with fixing bug notification/media transport control issues.

Fixes have also been rolled out for issues with deleting items on Xbox one along with fix for problem video covers. The update also improves the performance of the application on Windows 10 devices.
