Microsoft is currently working on rolling out a major update for Office users on iPhone and iPad users coming this month. The company will be improving digital ink on the iPhone and iPad with the digital pencil.

Improving the digital ink will make it easy for users to sketch their ideas to rediscover pleasure of creating content with a pen. The Digital Ink feature is expected to be added to Word, Excel and PowerPoint and is expected to be rolled out soon for all users.

For Excel users the company is introducing faster scrolling for Spreadsheets which would help users to be able to move quickly through long spreadsheets on the touch devices. Currently these features are being tested by the Insiders running the productivity suite and will be rolled out to all users in the coming days or weeks after the company completes the testing process.

The latest version for the Preview Office November update has been bumped to  Version 2.7 and is only available for Office Insiders. For more details on the Preview version of the Office November update please click this link.
