Fitbit is today updating its Windows 10 app for both Mobile and PC with one new feature and some minor improvements. Since the beginning, Fitbit has been supporting the Windows platform especially Windows Phone with an up-to-date app and as well new fitness devices.

Fitbit has been updated to version 2.26.1273.0 and it adds a feature called Quiet hours. Just like the Windows 10 Mobile’s default quiet hours feature, Fitbit wouldn’t send you notifications during the quiet hours. You can setup quiet hours at night and sleep peacefully without manually disabling the notifications.

It is a small but a neat feature. Apart from this change, Fitbit has also fixed bugs and introduced performance related improvements. The updated version is available on the Windows Store and you can download it to your Windows Phone and PC.

“People who use Windows 10, including on mobile devices, have supported Fitbit by buying our products and we intend to support them in return. As long as Windows users continue to purchase and use our products with the platform, it justifies the investment in developing on Windows,” Fitbit’s Tristan, the Windows App product manager wrote.

Fitbit recently announced its new Ionic smartwatch and the company has already updated the app with almost full support for the new smartwatch. If you are interested, you can buy the new Fitbit Ionic smartwatch from Amazon for $299.
