Microsoft in its Blog post has confirmed that it has now joined and is now the member of Coalition for Better Ads. The company said that the Coalition helps provide a better online experience to consumers and that it has joined the likes of Google to help develop standards.

The company in its statement said that is has decide to support the online advertising industry to develop great standards to make the digital eco system function better for consumers along with marketers and publishers.

The Redmond Giant is making a contribution to improve the advertising standards on the web and is committed to work with industry partner to develop and implement standards that brings a positive impact on consumers.

The Coalition for Better Ads deals in leveraging consumer insights and cross industry expertise to develop new global standards that address consumer expectations in online advertising.
