Microsoft is now rolling out a new update to Windows Camera for Windows 10 PCs and Tablet. The update is available for non-Insiders and it appears that Microsoft is gradually rolling out the updated Windows Camera app.

Windows Camera is an image and video capture utility that comes pre-installed with all versions of Windows 10 operating system for PCs, Tablets, Mobiles and other devices. It is the only first-party camera from Microsoft as they have already discontinued support for the Lumia Camera but they have however retained the interface.

The latest update for Windows Camera adds no new features or major improvements. As mentioned in the changelog, Microsoft has fixed some bugs related to stability and performance of the Windows Camera.

Apart from the above change, Microsoft has also improved the overall user experience with the latest update. As we noted above, the update is available for all Windows 10 PCs and Tablets not enrolled in Windows Insider program.
