Microsoft today has released a new Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16291 for Fast Ring Insiders with Skip Ahead enabled. The availability was confirmed by Windows Insider Chief Dona Sarkar via her Twitter Handle. The Chief also confirmed that the company is not releasing any Mobile Build today.

The latest Insider Build comes with a minor feature pertaining to Microsoft’s Digital assistant along with a new set of fixes. With the latest build the company has brought a new “Resuming” feature for Cortana users, this would mean that the Cortana users can now resume articles or news from their iPhones and Android phones to PC from within the Cortana App.

The Resuming feature was in works for some time now and has finally been made available for iOS and Android users. This is in addition to an already available list of features like sync reminders, notifications etc.

The Resuming feature is the only new feature which has been added to the latest Insider Build for Fast Ring Insiders. The Insider Team has also made sure to fix issues with regards to scrolling with touch or precision touchpads not working with F12 Developer Tools apart from fixing pin reset issue which only worked the first time the password was reset.

There are also fixes introduced where Edge would crash while adding to the favorites folder and also bringing fixes for the Skype UWP app which had issues with launching after clicking on the incoming notification.

The latest Insider preview Build is available for download and you need to go to Settings > Windows Update> Check for Updates to download.
