For couple of month now hundreds of Xbox One users have been complaining about issues with Stuttering and FPS drops in various games after installing the Windows 10 Creators Update. The users have also been reporting that the issues could not be fixed even after installing drivers, enabling or disabling Game DVR and Game Mode.

Today Microsoft finally confirmed that it is aware of the issues with the Gaming performance on Windows 10 Creators Update and is currently working on fixing the same. One of the Microsoft engineer acknowledge the issue and stated:

“Thank you everyone for providing feedback and submitting traces. We have been analyzing the traces from your feedback and have identified several different problem sources surfacing as stutter in games. We have a fix for one of them in the Windows Insider build that flighted to the “Fast” ring (build 16273 and above). You can find instructions on joining the Windows 10 Insider Program here: https://insider.windows.com/en-us/how-to-pc/. We are actively investigating the remaining stutter causes and appreciate your patience on this issue.”

The company also confirmed that some of the issues have been resolved with the new build 16273 which was released last month and gamers can expect the stuttering issues to be resolved in the upcoming builds. However since the latest Windows 10 Fall Creators Update is due for release next month, the gamers can expect the company to push out fixes for the Stuttering issues with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
