Windows Store has recently got yet another interesting app called ‘Clatter’. The app unifies all the social messengers and brings them into one place. Clatter is available for Windows 10 PCs, Tablets and HoloLens. The best part of the app is that it is more than a web browser.
If you get a lot of notifications and messages on Twitter, Facebook, Skype and other social media, the Clatter is the best app to keep all social messengers in one environment. This is particularly helpful when it comes to something like WhatsApp as the Facebook-owned messaging service app is still not available for Windows 10.
It combines all your messengers into one service called ‘Clatter’. In the app, you’ll need to integrate your select special social messengers from the list of the available services on the app. You can also add a custom social media account. The app supports Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Skype, Mattermost, Slack, Rocket.Chat and more.
Clatter basically uses the web version of all these messaging services but as it is built using the Windows 10 APIs, it supports desktop notifications that appear on the action center. Another good feature is the ability to send Quick Reply on WhatsApp and Telegram. Furthermore, the notifications badge will appear on the taskbar if Clatter is pinned.
