Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will be publishing his manifesto “Hit Refresh”, subtitled “The Quest to Rediscover Microsoft’s Soul and Imagine a Better Future for Everyone” which will be made available to the public later this month.
The CEO published a blog post mentioning his journey with Microsoft. Nadella started with reference to the title of the book to what happens after you “Hit Refresh” on a web page. He explains the details about his personal journey, company’s ongoing transformation and the change in technologies along with economic changes.
The Book is a bundle of 288 pages starting with a foreword by the Former CEO of Microsoft, Bill Gates. The Current CEO explains “Hit Refresh” is a set of ideas and principles on transformation of the company and the future of the upcoming wave of technology which includes artificial intelligence, mixed reality and computing.
The Book also contains a set of questions for people looking for improvements as leaders, for their institutions and societies as a whole. “Hit Refresh” is expected to be out on September 26th and the proceeds received will be donated by Nadella to Microsoft Philanthropies.
