Developer Snake Chia has pushed out an update to its Ethereum Wallet for Windows 10 PC and Windows 10 Mobile. The app receives a major update with revamped visual design. But the update has deleted users from the Wallet and no longer gives access to their funds from within the app.

The EtherWallet currently shows an option to restore wallets from the backups but the users are unable to click on the links currently. The update comes with more focus on Ether prices and new graphs but are causing freezing and crashing issues when the app is being run on Windows Phone.

The developer is currently working on fixing the crash and loading issues by pushing out new updates to the Windows 10 application, but the updates have not improved the experience for the users and has not solved the crashing issues currently.

We hope that the Wallet app will be receiving some more updates which would eventually fix the errors. Currently the app is available for download and users can get it by clicking the below Windows Store link.

Do let us know if any of our users are facing crashing and loading issues after downloading the application on their Windows 10 devices, in the comments below.
