The Microsoft Band 2 users have been complaining of the syncing issues. The problem is with the Microsoft Health, the users are reportedly not able to see their fitness data on the dashboard.

When the users reached out to Microsoft’s Dona Sarkar, she confirmed that the fix is coming soon. She also noted that Microsoft was investigating the sync issues and now it seems the fix is rolling out.

Microsoft told Mary Jo Foley that they have been able to find the root cause of the issue and they are also deploying the fix. Microsoft’s spokesperson released the following statement.

“We believe we have identified the root cause facing some Microsoft Band 2 customers who cannot connect to the service. We are actively deploying a fix now. This will not require action on behalf of the affected customers. We will continue to update customers as we know more. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. Thank you.”

Microsoft has already discontinued the Band 2, surprisingly the company is still supporting the devices. As the fix is still rolling out, it might take a while for the update to reach your device.
