Ryken developers have pushed out another major update for its MyTube Beta app for Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 10 PCs, Tablets and Xbox Devices. The latest update comes with fixes due to changes in the Google API couple of days ago which made the app to crash.

The app has been bumped to new version 3.1.0.0 and comes with lots of features and fixes for the Beta application on all devices.  The Developer team has made changes to the Youtube API and added support for vnd.youtube URI. Subscription videos earlier had lot of error videos being displayed by the viewers and has now been reduced in the latest update.

The team has also improved the text scaling for both PC and Mobile were in the text now is smaller on smaller thumbnails. There are also fixes made to the visibility of the close button on the mini video player for both PC and Mobile along with improving the playing of saved videos on a data connection.

A new “Copy at current time” menu item has been added to the video URL and also the developers have changed the name “Blur content behind Windows ” to “Use blur effects” in the settings for both PC and Mobile users.

Users will now be able to copy a link in the app without the apps clipboard showing any error. You can now exit from a TV mode by visiting the Exit Button which has been added to the settings in the latest update for PC only. For Xbox users the team has removed the “Add to queue” option while playing background audio.

NOTE: Users will be signed out from the Youtube account and need to sign back in after taking the update.
