If you had ordered the Alcatel Idol 4 Pro in the UK, you will now have to wait for another two weeks to get the phone. Microsoft had planned to launch the smartphone on July 26th, now the updated page of the product shows August 7th as the release date.

While on other hand, Microsoft Germany promises to release the phone on July 26th. Apparently, it seems the smartphone launch has been delayed only in the UK.

Alcatel Idol 4 Pro has a beautiful 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 16M colour. The display is protected by dragontrail glass and oleophobic coating. Microsoft says the screen is both easy to use and tough to destroy.

It is powered by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The device runs Windows 10 which lets you sync the office documents across all your devices and get work done from anywhere. The other features include a 21MP main camera with fast-focus and improved low-light performance, 8MP wide-angle front camera, Continuum support and much more. Although it is a 2017 smartphone, it still comes with the Snapdragon 820 processor.

Pre-order Alcatel’s Idol 4 Pro with Windows 10 at Microsoft UK Store for £419.99.
