Reliance Jio Customer Data leaked on a website and the news is already going viral. Many Reliance Jio users checked their Jio phone number on the website and found their data listed. When we checked, we also found our data leaked on the website.
Although, only the name and date of Jio number registration was visible in our case. It seems only some users data were posted on the website. Furthermore, the Aadhar card number has been leaked but only of few Jio customers.
Reliance Jio’s Spokesperson released a statement and confirmed the report, “We have come across the unverified and unsubstantiated claims of the website and are investigating it. Prima facie, the data appears to be unauthentic.”
“We want to assure our subscribers that their data is safe and maintained with the highest security. Data is only shared with authorities as per their requirement. We have informed law enforcement agencies about the claims of the website and will follow through to ensure strict action is taken,” A Jio Spokesperson told Gadgets 360.
