But before any announcement regarding Project Scorpio they have announced price cut for the current Xbox console the XBox One S. Microsoft said that Xbox One S bundles will now be available with a $50 price cut from June 11th. Here’s the tweet from XBox’s official twitter account.
Summer’s coming.
Get ready to play with $50 off starting tomorrow, June 11: https://t.co/d5itkFCIx8#XboxOneS pic.twitter.com/l5dIRKygcf— Xbox (@Xbox) June 10, 2017
The basic configuration with 500GB will now be available for $250 instead of earlier price of $300. Considering the fact that PS4 Slim also received temporary price cut recently this move from Microsoft will benefit in the sales of Xbox one S. We at this time don’t know about this price cut of the Xbox One S will be temporary like PS4 Slim or permanent.
