Microsoft is currently announcing the availability of Dynamics 365 from Microsoft Cloud in Germany. The Enterprise customers in Germany, European Union and European Free Trade Associations operating can take advantage of Dynamics 365.
The Dynamics 365 is expected to be delivered from Microsoft’s German datacenters in Frankfurt/Main and Magdeburg. Currently the company is offering only the Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation.
Microsoft Germany’s Area Vice President Sabine Bendiek states:
“Dynamics 365 Germany ensures that businesses can access our cloud-based productivity tools from German datacenters, enabling them to meet strict compliance provisions”.
The VP also said that the business customers are expected to benefit from more freedom of choice and also companies seeking to digitally transform will also be able to take advantage of the public cloud.
Microsoft also said that a dedicated German based Microsoft team will be providing technical support 24/7 in German and English language.
