Microsoft has pushed a new update for the insiders on the fast ring for the Outlook for Mac after just two weeks.The new update focuses on improving the overall experience and also fixing some bugs. If you have signed up for office insider fast ring you can go to help> check for updates and install the latest update.
The following are changes in this update for Fast Ring Outlook for Mac:

  • For messages with inline images there is no attachment icon shown now.
  • When you delete a conversation using the button in the message the next conversation is automatically selected.
  • now your email address must match the email address of the certificate for the authentication of client certificate.
  • duration and timezone drop down list button in the event editor is now working properly

If you want to get access to these updates you must join the insider fast ring program of the office for Mac.

If you want go back to being a non-Insider just open any of the Office 2016 for Mac app and Click Help > Check for Updates in the Microsoft Auto Update dialog box, clear the Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases check box.
