The Facebook owned company Instagram just yesterday released  the new Face Filters feature for users on iOS and Android and is expected to release the feature to Windows users very soon.

The Instagram team is currently testing a new Location Stories feature internally that compiles publicly shared Instagram Stories posts tagged with a location sticker. Users will be able to visit that business, landmark or place’s Instagram page and watch the slideshow Story of posts shared by strangers.

The new Location Stories feature is a permanent feature by Instagram which is not available on its Competitor Snapchat. Instagram already has a Location Page feature for a long time but now it is working to add the Location Story feature to its app on all platforms.

The Location Stories feature is currently under internal testing and the feature uses Instagram’s Standardized location database that powers location stickers which will make it easier to both add a unified Location Story and watch them.
