Microsoft is now rolling out the Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.1198 to Windows Phone devices. The update is available for non-Windows Insiders and it comes with no new features or major changes.

Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.1198 is apparently a cumulative update for Windows Phone Devices running on Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Microsoft hasn’t published any changelog of the update and it contains no noticeable changes.
