Microsoft today at the Surface event in New York City announced its Surface Laptop which is powered by Windows 10 S by default. The company also announced that Spotify will be coming to the Windows Store in the next few weeks.

Spotify which had stopped updating its Windows Phone application due to the low market share of the Windows Phones will be now making use of the Project Centennial to bring its app to the Windows Store.

Currently we are not sure as to when Spotify will be made available for download but make sure to watch this space as we will be updating this article as and when we have more information on the availability of the Spotify app in the Windows Store.
