Microsoft last week released a new Insider Preview Build for Redstone 3 for PC users with version 16184. The Preview Build announced the missing features My People app for Windows 10 users. The My People App which was supposed to be released with Creators Update was postponed to Redstone 3.

The My People app which has been available with Fast Ring Insiders on the Insider Build comes with the implementation of MSN Winks meaning users will be able to send loud cartoon emoji’s to friends and family. The feature which was earlier available with the MSN Messenger application now makes a return to Windows platform under new name “Shoulder Taps”.

The Shoulder Taps feature has a lot of similarity with “Pokes” wherein you can indicate a friend and the poke will be accompanied with an image. The animations are on similar line to the toast notifications and are approximately 160 x 160 in size.
