Microsoft today announced a  new application for HR organizations called Dynamics 365 for Talent. The new application will be powered by LinkedIn, now a Microsoft company, which will help the HR companies to better manage their Human Resources.

Dynamics 365 for Talent will support the HR Organization from Sourcing, recruiting, on boarding and retention. The new application will be able to access the best talent more quickly with LinkedIn Recruiter integrations which will enable the managers and interviewers to get the most up to date information of the dynamic candidate profiles.

The application also helps the organizations to deliver personalized on boarding experiences to accelerate employees ability along with access to relevant contacts. HR organizations will be able to maintain an up to date view of employees through a consolidate HR profile spanning Office 365, Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn profiles.

The new Dynamics 365 for Talent with LinkedIn integration will be available starting in July.
