WhatsApp team released a new update for its Beta App for Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been updated to new version 2.17.130.0. The update comes with a minor new addition which is currently disabled by the WhatsApp team.
The team has included a new feature in the latest WhatsApp update to Windows Phone users.
“You can notify your contacts about your new number.” This feature is currently disabled by the WhatsApp team and should be enabled in the coming updates. WhatsApp will automatically notify the users contacts about the change in phone number.
The team is also working on some more new features like the Edit Feature and Live Location feature which should be available to Windows Phone users in the coming Beta Updates for testing.
