Microsoft’s Groove Music and Movies and TV apps services were earlier limited to a particular region for users in countries in UK, USA and other western regions. But now some of the users in India are able to access the Microsoft’s services via the Windows Interface.
Currently there is no confirmation on part of the Redmond Giant on the availability of its services for users in India. We are also not sure it this is a glitch since the company has not updated the region lock documentation for these apps.
