WhatsApp team has released a new update for its Beta app on Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been updated to new version 2.17.126. The team has released the update after nearly working on new options for three days.
With the latest update the team has released new features to the Windows Phone application. Users now have the option of:
- Adding text while sending multiple photos directly from photos or files.
- Users can now also send Multiple Contacts in one go to a friend.
In our case, we could attach up to 100 contacts in one go, after which we stopped trying. Apparently, limit to the number of contacts that can be sent in one go is unclear. This makes it easier for users to share multiple contacts in one go instead of sending contacts one by one which generally takes lot of time.
The WhatsApp team is currently working on the “Edit” option for some time now and we hope the same will be available to Windows users very soon.
