Microsoft today is pushing out New Firmware Updates for its Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book devices via the Windows Update. The updates are rolling out to devices running Windows 10 Creators Update.

The updates are rolling out to fix stability issues and hibernation functionality. For the Surface book the company has pushed out a System Aggregator Firmware with version 90.1610.256.0 which resolves the screen brightness issue when the device comes out of sleep.

To improve the stability and performance the company is rolling out the Intel Corporation driver update with version 1.2.0.83 for Intel(R) Precise Touch Device. The company is also rolling out a Surface driver update with version 1.1.328.0 for Surface Integration to improve the Hibernation functionality.

For the Surface Pro 4  the company has pushed out a System Aggregator Firmware with version 103.1610.256.0 which resolves the screen brightness issue when the device comes out of sleep.

To improve the stability and performance the company is rolling out the Intel Corporation driver update with version 1.2.0.83 for Intel(R) Precise Touch Device. The company is also rolling out a Surface driver update with version 1.0.121.0 for Surface Integration to improve the Hibernation functionality.

The Firmware Update is available via the Windows Update and users can get it by going to Settings> Update and Security > Windows Update on your Surface device.
