Zendesk which is a global provider of customer service software and operating in 150 markets. The company has over 1600 staff and 94000 paid customer accounts to its credit. The company had in the year 2012 launched its Windows Phone app in the Market.
The company after 4 years on the Windows Platform had announced in November 2016 that it is going to end support for its Windows Phone app and the app will only receive any emergency maintenance updates after Dec 31st  2016.
However now the company has announced that the app will be removed from the Windows Store completely from April 05th and will not be available for download for Windows Phone users.
The company says that due to the low usage of its Windows Phone app it has decided to kill the app since the app will not function properly without proper updates and support.
The company says that if the Windows users want to continue using its app they can access the same via the browser or can switch to iOS or Android OS platform to keep enjoying the features of its Zendesk App.
