WhatsApp Team today released a new update for its Beta App for Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile. The update has bumped the app to new version 2.17.102. The update does not add any new features, but the team has released some bug fixes and improved the performance of the app.
The team is currently working very hard in releasing new features along with fixing any bugs and issues with the performance of the app for Windows Phone devices. The latest update has fixed video-voice call bugs and it has also fixed battery backup problems.
The WhatsApp team is working very hard in bringing the Windows Phone application on par with the App on iOS and Android. The Windows Phone application lacks some of the features like the Revoke feature, Separate Video and Voice Call icons etc., which are in internal testing and should be released to the Windows Phone users very soon.
