Moving ahead with the concept of Universal Apps on all devices, the OneDrive team has now launched its UWP App on Xbox One. Earlier the OneDrive app was available for PCs, Tablets and Mobile. But now the Team has launched its OneDrive App for Xbox One users.
The new OneDrive App for Xbox One users will be able to access Photos, Videos along with the new feature which now Supports Word, Excel And PowerPoint Documents. The OneDrive app currently does not provide support for PDF Documents, which should be added in the coming updates.
The OneDrive App on PC and Mobile users are only able to access Photos and Videos stored in the Cloud. But the OneDrive Team has gone a step further and have provided the option of Viewing Office Documents. Clicking to open the Office Document will take you to Microsoft Edge Browser.
