Windows Store is getting a new update on Windows 10 Mobile Devices. Microsoft hasn’t published any changelog of the latest update but there are some visible changes. It is worth noting that Microsoft is still rolling out the update and as of now the update is available on Mobile Devices but it could be later released to PCs.

Windows Store has been updated to new version 11701.1001.79.00. Microsoft made some changes to the UI of the Windows Store. In app pages, a blur background which display the app’s photo has been finally removed. Furthermore, now the app name is written in bold letters.

Microsoft has also improved the performance of Windows Store. As the release of Windows 10 Creators Update is around the corners, Microsoft would be no longer adding any major changes to the first-party apps. The latest update for Windows Store is currently live on the Production Ring.
