WhatsApp Team today released a new update for its Beta App on Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been bumped to new version 2.17.86. The update comes without any changelog. but there is a minor new feature noticed in the Storage usage section.
Changelog:
- Clicking on individual chats now gives you more detailed information. The “Size” tab contains the same data in a different order since the size is sorted by the size of Imagesg and Text but not by the number. (Screenshot Below)
The option can be found under Settings>Chats and Calls>Storage Information. The above option is currently available only for Windows Phone users as compared to iOS and Android you get the Data of Overall Consumption but not for Individual Chats .
