WhatsApp today released a new update for its Stable Version for Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been bumped to new version 2.17.70.0. The update is available for the WhatsApp Official/Stable Version for Windows Phone. The update improves the loading time and other fixes for the Stable Version . Below is the changelog:

The update for the App is currently live and you can get the same by clicking the below link. The Beta App for Windows Phone is currently at version 2.17.68.0. There are no new features added to the Beta App or the Stable Version. The WhatsApp team is currently working on optimising the app on performance and fixing bugs before releasing any new features to the Beta App for testing by the Beta Testers.
