Earlier last week we reported that Lenovo is planning to launch its ThinkPad X1 devices along with Miix 720. Now the company is planning to launch its new Affordable Miix 320 Tablet at the Mobile World Congress 2017.

The new Miix 320 will be a successor to its Miix 310 launched earlier last year by the company. Like its predecessor, the 320 will have a ‘detachable’ form factor – a Windows 10 tablet, which can be docked with a laptop-style keyboard section that includes additional ports. Below are the Full Specifications:

Full Specs of Lenovo Miix 320:

  • 10.1-inch IPS LCD, with either 1280x800px or 1920x1080px resolution
  • Intel Atom x5-Z8350 processor
  • 2GB or 4GB RAM
  • 64GB or 128GB onboard storage (plus microSD card slot)
  • 5MP rear camera
  • 2MP front-facing camera
  • Bluetooth 4.2
  • Gigabit Wi-Fi
  • Optional 4G LTE connectivity
  • microHDMI port
  • USB Type-C port on the tablet section
  • 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A ports on the keyboard section
  • 3.5mm audio jack
  • Front-facing speakers
  • Up to 10 hours of battery life
  • Tablet: 1,020g, 9mm thick
  • Keyboard weight: 550g, 8.5mm thick

The Miix 320 is expected to be priced from $229 for the most basic configuration, but those with more RAM, storage and 4G LTE support will obviously cost more.  There is currently no specific launch date announced by the company, but we may well see the device make its official debut at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later this month.
