Build 15031 was released for PC today to insiders on the fast ring and mobile users were left out and they are not happy. No noticeable new features has yet been delivered for Mobile in months and the Continuum improvements are yet to materialise.
Now a tweet from Dona Sarkar has given rise to some hope,
and yes, we are still looking at getting a Mobile build out later on this week #WindowsInsiders

So all hope’s not lost. The build could also bring some new features for the mobile users hopefully, like the promised continuum improvements(snapping apps, a better action centre and a more PC-esque desktop appearance), blue light reduction mode and also some new features which will really excite us.
