Windows Phone users who have rolled back their devices to Windows phone 8.1 are facing issues with logging in to their Microsoft Accounts. The users are complaining about not able to login to MSA after have reset their devices. The users who have reset their devices via the Windows Device Recovery Tool are facing logging issues with the Microsoft Account.
It is not only users who have rolled back using the WDRT but other users who have hard reset their devices are also complaining of the issues with logging in to their MSA. Without logging in to the Microsoft Accounts, this leaves lot of users with a device which is useless since the users will not be able to download Apps from Store or view photos and albums stored on OneDrive.
Users who have hard reset their devices are currently facing an error which says, “We can’t connect right now. Wait a few moments and try again.” which would suggest that this could be a server-side issue at Microsoft’s end. Currently there has not been any workaround given by the company and hence we suggest users not to reset their devices via WDRT or Hard Reset unless there is any workaround provided or issue resolved by the company.
We will however update this article once we have any information from Microsoft on the Workaround or resolution to the Logging issue.
