Microsoft pushed out a new update for its Windows Maps app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. The update has bumped the app to new version 5.1611.10192.0. The update is currently available only for Insiders on Fast Ring Creators Update.

The company has not provided any changelog and the changelog mentioned in the Store seems to be old. We have also not noticed any new features or changes after the new update. Hence we presume that the update for the Windows Maps app is a bug fixing and performance improving update for the Map App.
