Fifth Third is pleased to be one of the first banks to offer all five mobile payment options. The company’s President and CEO Greg Carmichael said: “We are committed to providing secure and convenient ways for our customers to bank when and how they want.”

“Consumers are rapidly adopting mobile payments and we are providing our customers with every option available on the market today,” said Jimm Bell, director of Consumer and Small Business Payments for Fifth Third Bancorp. “We want to make it simple and secure for customers to pay with their phones.”

Microsoft Wallet supports tap to pay in the United States at the moment and the company is yet to announce if the company has any plans to bring tap to pay on Wallet to other countries. Currently the Microsoft Wallet works only on the latest Windows 10 Mobile handsets and Microsoft Wallet won’t work on an older device.
