India’s largest state-owned bank, State Bank of India is one of the few banks who had apps for Windows Phone. But 18 months after the release of State Bank Anywhere app, they decided to discontinue the Windows Phone 8 version of the app.

Just like any other app, this one also allowed users to check statements, pay bills, transfer money. If you are using WP8.1 or W10M then it should not be a problem for now. You can contact SBI for more information.

This information was made available to users via a text message and a pop up notification. Beside Windows Phone 8, users of Android 4.2 OS will face the same issue.

If you still use a Windows Phone 8 device then get it soon from here.
