Nokia 6 is reportedly the company’s upcoming mid-range smartphone. Nokia 6 package image also leaked online and it reveals key features of the smartphone. The device seems to be the most anticipated Nokia D1C, and it could be possible that the company has changed the model name as the package materials usually hints the final branding.
The real life images of Nokia 6 leaked online recently and it also confirmed that the device will feature a fingerprint sensor, premium design with affordable price. The device will reportedly have two variants with different specifications.
Nokia 6 will feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display. The smartphone will run on Android 7.0 Nougat. It includes a 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage with support for MicroSD card. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The other interesting feature is Dolby ATMOS support for enhanced speaker experience.
Nokia is planning to launch new smartphones early next year. The company will make a Global comeback in the first half of 2017 and Foxconn will manufacture the smartphones. The earlier rumour had also suggested that there could be Windows 10 variant in work along with Android version. However, it hasn’t been confirmed as of now.
Microsoft had acquired Nokia’s phone business for USD 7.2 billion. Microsoft rolled out Nokia branded Lumia devices with Windows Phone but it wasn’t able to catch smartphone users attention.
