HP today unveiled the new Sprout Pro G2 at the CES 2017 at Las Vega. The Sprout Pro G2 comes with a sleeker design than it predecessor the Sprout Pro. The main display now sports a 21.3 inch Full HD display and also supports 20 point touch meaning its a Full HD Panel which is an upgrade from its Sprout Pro.
HP’s Touch Mat which is 2mm thick now supports the HP Active Pen which allows improved interactions in apps like Windows Ink. The company has also provided the Sprout Pro G2 with two speakers on the main primary which allows the speakers to produce much richer audio.
Below are some of the Specs of the device:
- The device now comes with Intel’s latest Kaby Lake quad-core processors (i7-7700T, clocked at 2.9GHz), the NVIDIA GeForce 960M (2GB DDR5), 1TB SSD, 14.6MP main camera, 2MP front camera, and Windows 10 Pro.
- The HP Sprout Pro G2 doesn’t have any USB Type-C ports, and you only get 4 USB 3.0 ports.
- With the combination of – the PC, projector, hi-res cameras, Touch Mat, and the Active Pen HP says will provide “unbelievable experience.”
The company has also confirmed that the Sprout Pro G2 will go on sale this March in select countries but they have not revealed anything about the pricing.
