Facebook is working on releasing a new update to its Official Instagram App for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. Earlier the company had released Live Video Streaming option to its app for Windows 10 and Mobile 10.
Now the developers of Instagram are trying to bring a new feature “Upload Pictures to Instagram Stories” to the App for Windows 10 PC users currently. The users will be able to Upload Pictures to the Instagram Stories by using the Camera Icon on the top left side of the application.
This feature will currently be working only for users who use the Instagram App on Desktops, Tablets or Laptops with a Webcam. The feature is being rolled out gradually via a server side update by the developers of Instagram.
Hence you might not be seeing any new update via Windows Store for the Instagram App. The update is currently being gradually rolling out to users on Windows 10 PC and might be pushed out soon to users for Mobile also. Facebook is trying to get its Official Windows 10 Instagram App on Par with its application on Android and iOS.
