Facebook has announced Group Video Calling to its Messenger App to match the rivals company like Skype etc. The company has announced the arrival of Group Video Calls for the Messenger App.
The company is now working on getting the Messenger App to become a complete and full of options and the company is planning to make the application the most preferred applications. Now users on iOS, Android and Messenger Web Version can already enjoy the video calls in groups with up to six users. The maximum people which can be added to a Group call is 50 but they can only participate via voice call.
For members to start these video calls the members have to be part of a group and have the latest version of the Messenger App. The users of iOS can make use of the 3D masks which will soon be coming to the Android version of the app also. As far as Windows is concerned there is no official confirmation of the possible release date but since the Messenger App on Windows is an iOS ported App we might see the option to launch with Windows before Android.
