Earlier in the week Microsoft said the increase in the Surface Hub Demand has been beyond their expectations. The company has shipped Surface Hubs to close to 2000 customers in 24 markets.

Microsoft said that since the popularity of Surface Hub is increasing the developers have to optimize their Universal Windows Apps and Desktop Apps for large shared screen experiences.

Microsoft has shared a small video on Channel 9 demonstrating on how to optimize apps for Surface Hub or large screen device. Below is the full video.

“Come to join Dr. Neil Roodyn and Sankar Nemani with the Design, Develop and Deploy large screen interactive experiences overview! In this session, you will learn what the Surface Hub is about and is not about from design and development point of view, as well as a high-level summary of the things you need to think about before you start your development.”
