LastPass App has been updated today in the Windows Store to new version 3.0.0.100. The company has not pushed out any changelog with the update and also there are not visible changes or new features seen.
Hence we can presume that the update is a bug fixing and performance improving update. The update is available for all users on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
