Microsoft has pushed out an update to the Windows Device Recovery Tool(WDRT) and surprisingly there’s something more than bug fixes this time.

The update brings support for the Elite x3 on the Australian Telstra carrier and also for the open market variants of the Alcatel Idol 4S. Weird right? The Idol 4S was supposed to be an exclusive to Alcatel, but it seems an universal variant is heading as well.

More devices availability means more fun and so you should update WDRT too. If you have forgot, WDRT is used to reset Windows Phones to the latest available firmware.
