WhatsApp team has been constantly at work with its App for Windows Phone. After releasing a big update for the Stable Version with Video Calls , Drawing tool and more, the team has again updated its Beta Version.
The new beta version has been updated to 2.16.290 from earlier version 2.16.288. Currently the company has not provided any changelog and there are no visible features or changes seen after the new update.
Hence we presume that the update is to fix some bugs and improve the performance of the app.
