Facebook has released a new server side update to its official Messenger Windows 10 PC app. The company confirms that Messenger has began to receive icons, video and audio calls and shows the contacts that are active to facilitate the use of links without having to go to the smartphone.

The developers though have done a good job by creating a simple interface with options to choose camera, switch between calls, mute conversations, but still lot of users have reported having faced problems in carrying out calls.

The deployment of video calls is currently being rolled out as a server side update hence the app might not receive any update and the option will reach to all the users on Windows 10.

If anyone of our users have been lucky to have received the video calls and are able to make video calls, let us know the performance of the app in the comments below.
